Termolita was founded in 1970. Our main activity is the extraction, expansion and processing of mineral perlite. We are producers of an ample variety of products based on mineral perlite.

Our Perlite deposits are located in north central Mexico, in the state of Durango. These deposits have proven reserves that assure constant supply for our national and international customers. Our Plant and offices are located in north eastern Mexico just outside of Monterrey and a mere two hours form the American border with Laredo, Texas.

The company has three commercial divisions:

• Industrial division:
Filtration, cryogenic, horticultural, refractory, textile, foundry and functional filler markets. All of these products comply with the international standards.

• Construction division:
Wall solutions: Termoblock, loose fill insulation and stuccos. 
Roof solutions: lightweight concrete aggregates.

• Services: 
Cryogenic insulation: in situ perlite expansion and placement. 
Cellular concrete / Self-levelling mortars / Sound insulation production and placement.
